Cristina Catanzaro is a writer & filmmaker based on the East Coast. She is the co-writer of the feature length comedy TRIPPED UP starring Leah Lewis, Ariel Winter and Vanessa Williams, distributed by Decal (North America), and Universal Studios (Global.) Tripped Up is a story that was inspired by childhood friendships and her love of the culinary arts - (she and her husband own a small sandwich shop, The Salty General in Rhode Island.) She is directing & producing a documentary in her homeland of Italia about natural/biodynamic winemaking and female entrepreneurship abroad.

As an Emmy-Nominated and award-winning Associate Creative Director in Marketing AV at HBO (now Max), Cristina directs, edits and produces promos, trailers, long & short form Behind-the-Scenes and documentary style content for shows such as House of the Dragon, Game of Thrones, Succession, The Undoing and Veep. Cristina produced and oversaw the docu-series The House that Dragons Built that reached Max’s Top 3 list.

Cristina graduated from Loyola University of New Orleans with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, and Music Industry Studies, as well as acquiring a certificate in Screenwriting from New York University.
